Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If an order is placed after 3:00 PM on a business day, it will be processed on the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (Poland): We offer standard and expedited shipping options across Poland. Delivery times vary based on your selected shipping option and destination but typically range from 1-5 business days.
International Shipping: We provide shipping to selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary based on location and shipping method. Please be aware of potential customs processing delays in your country.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
3. Shipping Carriers
We partner with FedEx to ensure timely and secure delivery.
Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply in their country. Shield Defence Solution does not control or anticipate these fees and is not responsible for covering them.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be restricted from shipment to specific countries due to local laws and regulations. In these cases, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot legally be shipped to the requested destination.

6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Shield Defence Solution is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, customers will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to re-send the package.

Shield Defence Solution takes care to ensure packages are secure and properly labeled. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue, and if necessary, a replacement or refund will be provided.
